Letní zavinovací šaty / My Summer Wrap Dress

Tyto zavinovací šaty z kanafasu (100 % bavlna) byly poměrně jednoduché a rychlé na ušití, přitom působí efektně, i díky bílé krajce našité na pásek. Použila jsem střih z Burdy č. 6664.

This gingham wrap dress (the material is 100 % cotton) was fairly easy and quick to sew, but it is quite catchy, also thanks to the detail of the white lace sewn on the belt. I have used the Burda pattern no. 6664.

Olomouc is the sixth largest city in the Czech Republic, situated in the east of the Czech Republic, in a part called Moravia.



Radnice a Sloup Nejsvětější Trojice (od roku 2000 součást světového dědictví UNESCO).

 Sloup je vysoký 35 m a byl vybudován v letech 1716 až 1754.

The Column is 35 m (115 ft) high and was built between 1716 and 1754.

Tričko bez rukávů Coco (střih od Tilly and the Buttons) / Sleeveless Coco Top (pattern by Tilly and the Buttons)

Už před nějakou dobou jsem si ušila podle střihu Coco šaty ze žlutošedé pruhované látky. Protože mi ještě nějaká látka zbyla, rozhodla jsem se ji zužitkovat na tričko bez rukávů (víc látky nezbylo:-)) opět podle střihu na Coco.

Rolákový límec jsem oproti původnímu střihu zmenšila a přidala jsem náprsní kapsičku. Tričko většinou nosím se žlutým páskem.


Some time ago I made a Coco dress from a yellow and grey striped fabric. As I still had a piece of this fabric left, I decided to turn it into a sleeveless (didn`t have more fabric left:-)) top using the Coco pattern again.

I made the turtle neck a bit smaller than in the original pattern and added a breast pocket. I like wearing the top with a matching yellow belt.
