Overal z lehkého úpletu - velmi příjemný na nošení a jednoduchý na ušití.

A jumpsuit from light jersey - a really comfortable outfit, which was easy to sew.

Letní šaty Sheona / Sheona Dress

Autorkou střihu těchto letních šatů je řecká návrhářka Athina Kakou. Střih nabízí čtyři různé variace šatů (a střih na tričko), mně nejvíc oslovila tato  "volánková". Šaty byly velice jednoduché a rychlé na ušití. Použila jsem lehčí bavlněný úplet z Domu látek - www.dumlatek.cz

The pattern for this summer dress is by a Greek pattern designer Athina Kakou. There are about four variations of the dress (plus a T-shirt). My favourite one is this one with ruffles at the bottom and at the end of the sleeves. The  dress was a very easy and quick make and I used lightweight cotton jersey from www.dumlatek.cz

 

Margotiny pyžamové kalhoty / Margot pyjama trousers

Následující projekt patřil k těm nejjednodušším - pyžamové kalhoty Margot (střih je od Tilly and the Buttons z knihy Láska na první steh).

This time a very easy sewing project - Margot pyjama trousers (pattern by Tilly and the Buttons from her book Love at First Stitch).

Šedá mikina / A Grey Hoodie

Tuto mikinu jsem šila pro dceru mojí sestřenice. Použila jsem střih z Ottobre 5/2015, který se mi osvědčil už dříve, když jsem si šila mikinu pro sebe.

I have sewn this hoodie for my cousin`s daughter. I have used a pattern from Ottobre magazine 5/2015, which I had successfully tested before on a hoodie for myself.

Vlevo je mikina, kterou jsem si šila už dříve.

Modrobílé tričko Frankie (střih od Tilly and the Buttons) / Blue and white Frankie T-shirt (pattern by Tilly and the Buttons)

Toto je moje třetí tričko Frankie (střih od Tilly and the Buttons z knížky Stretch!). Předtím jsem už šila jedno s krátkým rukávem a druhé podobně jako toto s dlouhým. Oproti střihu jsem tentokrát přidala manžety rukávů ze stejné látky, která je použita na přední a zadní díl.

Střih je jednoduchý na šití a sedí perfektně - je to jeden z mých nejoblíbenějších.


This is my third Frankie T-shirt (pattern by Tilly and the Buttons from her book Stretch!). I have already sewn a short-sleeved one and a long-sleeved one. This time I added a new feature - the cuffs from the same fabric, which has been used for the front and back bodice parts.

The pattern is easy to sew and it fits perfectly - one of my favourites.

Staré kousky novým objektivem ( I.) / Old Pieces through New Lens (I.)

Oba následující modely jsem šila už asi před třemi lety a jsem v nich už dříve vyfocená. Protože si ale můj kamarád, který mě vždy fotí, nedávno pořídil nový portrétní objektiv, rozhodli jsme se je přefotit.

Both models below were sewn about three years ago and I published photos wearing them some time ago. However, my friend who always takes photos of me-made clothes, has bought a new portrait lens, so we have decided to reshoot them.

Liliiny šaty (střih od Tilly and the Buttons) / Lilou Dress (pattern by Tilly and the Buttons)

Liliiny šaty jsou posledním modelem v knížce Láska na první steh od Tilly Walnes a byl to také poslední model z této knížky, který mi ještě zbýval ušít.

Vybrala jsem lněnou látku, se kterou se mi pracovalo výborně. Bohužel ale len má i jednu nevýhodu - má tendenci se hodně mačkat.

Střih jsem musela trošku upravovat, hlavně v oblasti živůtku. Fotili jsme na brněnské přehradě.


Lilou dress is the last model published in the book Love at First Stitch by Tilly Walnes and it was also the last model left for me to sew.

I have chosen a linen fabric, which was great to work with. Unfortunatelly, working with linen has also its drawbacks - the fabric has a tendency to crease a lot.

I had to adjust the pattern a bit, especially the bodice part. The photos were taken at the Brno Reservoir.
